Reports To: Area Director
Schedule Expectations:
- Minimum 50 hours per week across at least 5 days.
- Schedule must include at least 2 closing shifts and 1 weekend shift per week (rotating days).
Responsibilities:
- Review store performance and track against goal/budget:
- Sales
- Cost of Goods Sold (COGs)
- Labor
- Leadership Tracker
- R&M Tracker
- Prepare for and attend weekly regional calls
- Create store labor schedules and submit for approval
- Review and approve all open invoices in Restaurant365 (R365).
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with each Assistant General Manager (AGM) and Shift Leader (SL).
- Attend monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) review with your Area Director.
- Attend all quarterly in-person GM Meetings.
- Participate in the Quarterly Budget Review (QBR) process
- Drive Sales through Local Restaurant Marketing.
- Develop Your Team using Moby Dick’s training tools, mentorship, and support.
- Keeping up with all repair and maintenance and ensure store facilities are in good working order
- Control Costs (Cost of Goods Sold, Labor, supplies, etc.).
- Ensure Guest Satisfaction. Achieve and maintain an average of 4.5-star ratings on Google, Yelp, and other review platforms.
- Uphold Company Culture by fostering a workplace that aligns with Moby Dick’s values.
- Manage Staffing – hiring, firing, and wage adjustments.
